Directly responsible for defining and building strategies to improve our existing services as well as develop new services. Managed a team of eight (8) remote account managers responsible for maintaining $25M+ in North America. Ensured all service levels were being managed and attained, while maintaining the department as the primary resource for client questions and problem resolutions. Created a proactive customer-centric culture that anticipates potential roadblocks to successful service implementation and adjusted operating models accordingly.
Designed, developed, and managed a portfolio of environmental services including proposal writing and project scoping, client relationship management, project management and execution, staff hiring and training, and commercialization.
Led a cross-functional project team of data analysts, scientists, and engineers; managed client relationships for high-profile environmental cases with settlement goals of $1M+. Initiated business development efforts by identifying and researching projects and conducting industry and market analysis. Developed risk assessment reports, publications, and presentations instrumental in environmental class action lawsuits.
